What is a bulk order?

Our team considered a transaction as bulk when the number of copies purchased in a single transaction is at least 25 copies. This means that if you are purchasing less than 25 copies, purchase through our product page and not through this Bulk Order Page.

Are bulk orders included in the first 200?

Yes, if you filled out the form and is within the timestamp of the first 200, you can be included. However, freebies are only up to 5 sets only to give chance to others. Meaning even if you buy 25 copies, you will only get 5 sets of Armstrong Freebies. Installment payers will not be counted.

Do you provide discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. We are giving a Php50 off per book discount for bulk orders of at least 25 copies in a single transaction. We are also waiving the handling and packaging fee which means that your book orders will still be bubblewrapped without any additional cost.

What if we want to add orders after we place our initial order?

You can. Just fill out the bulk form again and use the same information as your initial order so we can know that this will be added to that.

Can I purchase bulk in installment?

Unfortunately, no. Since the author has been generous for the discount, we cannot allow installment for bulk orders. What this means is that you should pay in full as you fill out a single transaction in our Bulk Order Form. You can add orders as you wish until the end of the pre-order period as long as it will be paid in full per transaction.

Additionally, we are also giving a sticker pack per book for the first 3 bulk order transactions of up to 25 books ordered.

How much is the shipping fee? Can I use Lalamove to have my order delivered?

Lalamove fee will be shouldered by the buyer on top of the book-selling price. The amount of the Lalamove fee will be paid by the buyer at the time of dispatch. You will receive a message/email from us once your books are ready. Stay tuned to Ventre Canard's Book Town for updates!

Do you accept other modes of delivery like Grab, Toktok, AP Cargo, etc?

No. We will only use Lalamove or Grab for bulk orders (for areas serviceable by the said courier).

For provincial bulk orders not serviceable by Lalamove/Grab, we will arrange the shipment of your books once we start the dispatch to be able to get the exact weight of the books before we ship them to you. We will communicate with you during the dispatch period.

Can I pick up our orders?

Due to the safety and privacy of the author and her team, we cannot allow a direct pickup of the books and we will be the one to book for the Lalamove or Grab once your orders are ready to be delivered. Thank you for your kind understanding.

How to purchase in bulk and avail of the discount?

Do not purchase on our product page. Instead, use this link for all bulk orders. You will be asked to transfer your payment manually through your bank account. Please read the form thoroughly before proceeding.
